"low blood pressure" attack!!

erm...just to tel you guys, i have low blood pressure now...last time don't have but since i went for NS i got it...normal blood pressure should be 80/130 but mine is just 67/91.that's really really low...doctor said maybe is becuase of the food that i had eaten in NS....and my mum said that maybe i ate too little when i was in NS camp and MAtrikulasi...

so, my mouth have no more freedom now...i can't eat whatever i want like last time...doctor said i have to take only steam and no spicy food...no fried food...so...HAIZ...i used to take that kind of food...it's nice, delicious and YUMMY !

BUT DON'T WORRY, everyone! i will be ok soon if i take medicine and listen to doctor's advise...i really hope that i will recover soon...i don't want to hair loss...that's what doctor told me "if i my blood pressure is low, that means i have not enough blood, not enough blood will cause the itchy thing to appear on my skin and probably i will have hair fall a lot if it becomes more and more serious...."

Hopefully, i will recover soon...must pray a lot now!
